‘Dance the Darling’ Social Campaign

28/01/2020 by The Darling River Run

Join us in linking rural communities along the length of the Darling River Run by celebrating how dance can connect us all – #dancethedarling

We are asking people of all ages, gender and ethnicity to express themselves through a dance inspired by their visit to the Darling River System.

With the riverbed sadly exposed along sections of the Darling River we want you to have some fun by filming or photographing your simple ‘jig’ or maybe a more expressive dance routine somewhere along the Darling River. Hopefully your ‘rain dance’ will facilitate some favourable weather and help heal the Darling!

Get up on your feet and Dance on the Darling River! Share this experience via the Darling River Run Facebook or Instagram social media channels.

Don’t forget to use the hashtag #dancethedarling.
